I've contacted a lot of difference agencies in the past months. Explained my situation, what I need and my concerns. But most of the time I get an general response with a few premade files attached which don't even answer my questions to 20%. I'm not even motivated to response to these mails anymore because they just end with "if you want to incorporate please fill out the form".
Is this the regular behaviour of agencies? Or is it already a sign for bad service quality? Because it feels like they want just to sell the product and care about the problems afterwards. The best experience in this point I made are with smaller and domestic services. I'm looking for Portugal or Spain and many agencies don't offer these locations, not sure if it has something to do with this.
