There are various providers for this. All have their Pros/Cons.
From personal experience definitely recommend Crypto as Operator since you will have the lowest fees for processing and less hassle compared to CC PSPs.
Obv. you will limit your potential clients though.

Excuse me, but with crypto, you mean that people use crypto to gamble, right? So, you can set up your own crypto payment gateway, and then it's free, or what do I not understand?
You can look into btcpayserver if you want a self hosted solution, you can add multiple coins but just be aware that the more you add the bigger VPS you'll need. Also implementation may be more difficult than going with a third party provider, but as it saves on fees (0%) I think it would make sense to just hire someone for your gaming company to get this up and running.
That's the best suggestion for such business and avoiding any fees!
Yup you can even use a third party that hosts btcpayserver and create a store to just check it out, I do recommend hosting it yourself when going in production. There is also an 'easier' docker method to get it setup.
