Just set up an offshore account in HK - What are some options for banking?

My priorities are:

- Privacy
- Able to buy from crypto exchanges (I'm not worried about receiving crypto for a while)

Can anyone give some advice as I've looked at a few banks who claim they're open to crypto and all seem to have terrible customer reviews and high fees, for example - EQIBank - Global Digital Banking for Business and HNWIs just screamed "avoid" to me.
