Old Offshore company where I owe taxes..

This LLC was formed in Ireland, I got paid into that bank account then transfered it to bitcoin and now its in bitcoin. Not illegal money lol but will Ireland somehow come back and want me to pay their taxes ? Or am I protected since its under an LLC ? I am in the states.

It's not a problem if you do your accounting properly. Either get rid of the company or shut it down before it's too late and questions have already been asked.

You will have to pay taxes from it if you dissolve the company and take out the bitcoins for personal use.

If the company has not made any accounting or annual report yet and wrote the bitcoins you bought into the books, then yes, if you dissolve it now you have a chance to avoid taxes.
