Panama offshore company will it be best for my situation?

I'm looking into a Panama company to be registered for my online business. The company formation in Panama is OK in regards to fees but opening a bank account and merchant account in Panama is difficult and a very complicated process. The fee the banks charge are outrageous.


What rae my alternatives in regards to offshore bank for my Panama company?

You may either pay the fees they want in Panama or you may want to look into offshore jurisdictions like Mauritius or Cyprus with merchant account facility.

Yeah!! But, I'm looking for a cheaper solution and think I found one with RBS Worldpay they require me to register a company in Europe and suggested UK.
