Possible to accept and send paypal payments without paypal?

Just incase paypal give's me trouble some day is it possible to accept and send paypal payments with one of thier partners such as 2checkout etc ?

No thats not possible, however I have seen more and more service which now beside credit card and ACH payments also offer people to pay directly with PayPal. I'm not sure if these companies have an agreement with Paypal of if they just doing it without an agreement.

Yup you can accept paypal with 2checkout but you cannot send amount to paypal with it

Yes I also noticed that you are able to accept paypal through 2Co, nice way by the side to extend the offered payment methods without a new integration.

Do you know what does 2checkout asks for KYC or business details?
