Setting up a crypto trading business in the BVI

Hi all,

I am considering incorporating a BVI entity for an existing cryptocurrency business.
Currently, I have an Ltd in the UK but the regulatory burden for conducting business in the UK is high.
Therefore, I am looking into setting up an entity offshore. The business will be involved in

• Providing trading advice (i.e., signals or recommendations) to counterparties
• Trading managed accounts

Looking for advice or people that can help on such a construct.
The partners of the existing firm are residing in the UK.

Have a matured one (or two) sitting defunct but operational registered if you want to save going through the rig marole and acquire a company.
