Turkey - No Crypto Laws

So it seems that Turkey has little to no crypto laws.

Does it mean they will never know if you had capital gains? Or do crypto exchanges still report to the government?

I also wonder if Turkey finds out - will they even ask for source of funds, since there is no clear law.
