All accounts were tested to send, receive Money, withdraw Money .. till now all accounts are just personal accounts but should be not a Problem to upgrade them to Business (but is not tested till now)

Just contact me here and I can provide you more details, dont want to write everything public cause maybe Paypal finds it out and block this way to create verified accounts, and that nobody of us want :D

Hmm, maybe it's you somehow ( a friend has been asked many more questions (and than being refused) than me lately when opening a TIDE account in UK. But it did not seems to be very difficult to me to create a UK Ltd, get a neo-bank account and connect that with a new PP account. (if UK resident)

Of course you can not jump from $0 to $1000000 in a month ;)

I guess it's the same for Estonia with e-citizenship.

"Can anyone help me with that?" ;-) what can you invest? ;-)

Probably, the source got block.PayPal has blocked the source of these doc.

I'm one of those who offered similar service on bitcointalk before most of my suppliers shut down due to threat from pp legal agency.

@Administrative, I see most member's are still interested in this service. Both of us can work out something here for the benefits of this community.

Hey I'm looking for help with Australian paypal verification, I could use a PM from someone.
Also I don't know why I need 200 characters, the only reason I'm typing this second sentence is to get past the limit.
