None of these exchanges or services allow you to cashout in FIAT but I believe some of them offer cashout solutions; P2P, Amazon payment, gift cards, prepaid cards etc.
I don't think it's spam btw, those are popular directory websites.

Anonymity can never be fully removed from crypto in certain situations, especially if you never on/off ramp and then stick to using privacy coins. Of course, there are downsides to this but it is possible.

Alternative is defined within the confines of framework.

The problem with hyper-regulation is not the lack of alternatives. It's societal control on individual level thru persistent identity - canceling anonimity and persistent transparency - canceling privacy and confidentiality coupled with persistent location with multi-lateralization.

Whatever aim was, the utter result is/will be absolute control then subjugation. Whatever reason was - capital flow control from ex-Soviet countries, China, India and Arab world - the consequnce is that the Western societies became fascist trumping against totalitarianism

The regular people are always the same - Quod licet Iovi non licet Bovi. They are always boiled frogs.

The solution is to have a political stance towards that same regular people and convince them that fundamental human and civil rights and liberties should not be relinquished to anybody for questionable security and dull comfort - card payment instead of cashe.

People were a lot smarter by the end of 1990 when Clipper chip was declined - US government wanted to legaly force everybody to accept lawfull interception in their best interest. Nowadays, new generations aren't capable of abstract thought and anticipation.
