Are these all mandatory for all banks around? and only banks or also for offshore company formation? Just wondering since some new requirements are in your list which wasn't applicable last year when I got my SC company!

It's not complicated to form a company there, just be aware of that you can't get banking in Anguilla any longer!!

beside Cyprus banking you may want to look into Mauritius as an possibility for your offshore banking needs.

Cyprus & Mauritius are some of the best offshore jurisdictions for your banking I have used.

Like the other two guys suggestest, something that compare the different offshore jurisdictions and costs.

I think this is a joke or the so called agent is now knowing what he is doing!! Most if not all offshore jurisdiction will take any Russian with money and setup his business as he whish without questions!

I heard it is a very complicated process to get a BVI financial service license and if you want it you have to travel there and visit with the FSA and your Agent in person. Beside the traveling you will have to bring lot's of money with you it's 4 to 5 times more expensive to setup compared to...
