Hi

I want to use Checkout.com on smm panel business.

1) Do they accept Indian registrations?
If not, how are Indian panels using the checkout.com payment option?
2) Are they accept SMM business model?
I contacted their support team several times and provided all relevant information, but received no response for more than 20 days!

Thank you

Checkout.com only onboards companies with processing history and they have a minimum turnover requirement for different markets.

You want to have atleast a 100k USD monthly turnover to be taken seriously and less than 1% CB rate(should aim for no more than 0.7% CB rate) to apply with them.

I dont think they support companies in India.

but I saw some small website offering checkout.com payments??

They may have fooled checkout one way or the other. If the requirements mentioned above are correct than I'm sure they found a way to cheat.

But you may simply go and contact them to get the true answer!

Pick up the phone and call them. After years in business I learned one thing quickly if they don't return my emails I have to pick up the got damn phone.

Not true regarding the turnover, we had a company in Armenia that checkout.com onboarded 4 years ago. The turnover was below $5k/mo.

Yes

an SMM panel that I use is invoicing through a Dubai company (previously RAK)
Are you doing above 100K monthly on your SMM business? I considered it often because it would be easy for me to setup, but I didn't thought there was so much money in it.

My clients are billed via invoice, which is the standard approach for B2B transactions in my country. When done correctly, this business model can be highly profitable, similar to any other industry with effective management

I confronted them with this:
Do you always only do 10M per annum or just in some cases? When I met
you guys in Bruxelles, we have been talking about 50k per annum only.
And got the following reply:
Might have been prior to 2023, as we have gradually shifted our full focus to enterprise only.
So all cases are no 10m +, we might make a slight exception for fast growing scaleups that are a bit south of that.

I can confirm, they are no longer an option for most of us.

I was using internet acquiring of Armenian banks when I had business there. Processing fees were below 1% with no rolling reserve, settlements within 3 days and support for USD, EUR
Was this only for Armenian cards or international (US, EU) cards as well? Which bank can you recommend? Acba and Inecobank?

EU cards worked for sure, havent tried US card though. Inecobank / Ameriabank are fine.
