Is it possible that only stripe is working with an LLC in the USA for non-resident?

No other payment processor accepting clients without ITIN/SSN?

As for payment processors you also want to look into CCBILL and Verotel as well as Durango Merchant service, just keep far away from iPaytotal should they suggest this s**t.

Durango answer:

"provide personal utility bill within the last 90 days, their SSN, as well as personal identification, and a US business bank account to place funds."

And of course, they dont want virtual office but 1 employer resident.

They started to play by the rules Durango.. try the scam iPayTotal if you have time for it, I'm sure they will not need it or they will so they can misuse.
