Hey folks.
This is my first time posting here, and I just hope I"m posting on the right forum.

Here's a bit of the background story.
I'm from South Korea.
But this country is turning into a fucking joke.
They want to regulate everything, At this point, I don't even know what's the difference between South and North anymore.
They are currently implementing all the payment systems, which most of the systems are owned by Chinese company.
Also, the taxlaw itself is vague AF, it's all depends on the interpretation of the law of the taxman.
So, there are multiple cases of people puking up fuckton of tax after living decades abroad.
I was lucky enough to work abroad for years, but if I ever try to bring back this money back to Korea, it all becomes somehow illegal
Like I paid taxes in Malaysia, Indonesia, Netherlands, Germany,... but if the taxman doesn't accept the evidence, everything will be charged under "underreported income"
Of curse, this can be avoided if I hire some ex-taxman attorney, pay then 100k USD Worth of payment, but then they are gonna torture my family by summoning them and give "Audit" to them. Now, since I got 5 members in my family, It'd cost me a half of a million USD just to hire those people to protect them. WTF


So yeah, I need to move to another country that comes with Permenant residence, Then citizenship asap with crypto.
And hopefully cash it out without having Proof of Funds. (Like I bought my crypto from CEX mainly, through P2P and bank deposits, but the moment I'd ask them for the 10 years of banking transaction, it'd raise red flags to Korean gov)
I have been going through all the posts here, but I'm not sure how up-to-date those informations are.
I don't mind moving to Panama,ARgentina, or anywhere.
My South Korean nationality gets canceled at the moment I get the second citizenship,
So it cannot be that the Nauru, or Vanuatu, Or Saint kits... ETCETC, as I still need a decent passport to travel.

Thank god, the crypto tax is examined til 2027, so I'm thinking about within 2026, I'd move to anywhere with the gains from this bull run.
Initially I wanted to move to Dubai, then move to Thailand or elsewhere, but then I heard it's kinda impossible to move money from Dubai to elsewhere, and they don't give out PR or Citizenship.

How about Panama? How about elsewhere?I heard that Turkey is currently giving thorough Proof of Fund check for all that.
Now, I'm looking for your wisdom. Cheers folks.

I hope I"m writing this in the correct way, (This is my first-ever reply!)
Yeah, like my parents are still gonna be staying in Korea, so I guess I need osmething that I can visit Korea at any time, While something that's not gonna make them to raise an eyebrow (or two!)

EU residency with Korean passport might work, (I also lived in Europe for some years already),
I don't know. There was this president of a guy being judged as "residence" after 23 years of living abroad, and the reason was "Because he was helping out with living costs to his mother, and his mother has been alive and residing in South Korea for those 23 years".
I mean, I hate KR now, but I don't wanna murder my parents just because I don't want to be a tax resident here.
So in the long run, maybe the one that I can apply for the citizenship?

I pick up languages pretty fast, so I guess I can start downloading Duolingo first...haha

I'm just not sure on how to deal with Crypto without having extensive source of funds check.
Not that my funds are from any illegal thingie, it's just so fucking complicated to provide it.
Like when I was living in Vietnam, I worked for this company in Burma. And got paid in Dollars.
At that time, VN didn't have enough tax system to trace anything, so they didn't charge for the foreign earned income.
the guy who paid me? He got publicly executed during the communist rebellion in Myanmar.
(He was just a landlord with a huge a*s banana farm, so yeah the biggest enemy of the local communist...) may he rest in peace.
Like how can I prove for that....? I bet some voodoo evidence won't work.
and I got tons of stories like that...
Like my working visa in that country did belong to my ex-girlfriend who registered me as a "spouse", and I need that ID number to trace down my tax payment statement,,, and I cannot reach out to her haha.

And now, with what's going on in KR, (Venezuela lookalike welfare policies), and government got enough power to abuse... ETC ETC, It's kinda obvious I'd be judged as a tax resident because my parents are alive in Korea. (That's what recent presidents say...)

so yeah, the country that can give me PR soon, and in the end, decent passport can come out.

IN short, Panama? Malta? Northern Cyprus? Paraguay? Mexico?
Anywhere, just good enough to not to raise any eyebrow,
IT's just that My limited ability with google and just too many advertisement on the websites.
(Also easy to cash out crypto)

It came across my mind too. But there's just too little info.
Like how long does it take to get the Permenant residence?
Like then citizenship?
What's the living costs?

I need some specific high blood pressure pills and cholesterol, levothyroxine,
is it easy to get it there?
and How many days in year do I need to say there?
Are chicks hot? (This is a joke)

And can I just enter South Korea with that Passport?

Because I spent years in other South East Asia, I wish it kinda comes with my Infinite travel right to the SEA too....
There's just too many things I want to look into, yet there is too little info available.
Do you have any company website or so? Cheers.
