Real estate in UAE via company (to hide identity from real est. agent) - and still benefit from X year golden visa?

Hello folks,

I am thinking of buying a house in UAE. Problem is, I like my privacy and want to keep being private and not share my ID card to anyone really. I simply prefer privacy and don't want some weirdo agent know my full identity and what I own or not. Therefore I am wondering...

If I have a company in UAE. Can I buy a real estate via my company so that the company is the buyer and owner on paper =>>>> Which I then can provide to UAE government to show that I both own the company (100%, UBO) + now own the real estate =>>>> And apply for 5-10 year golden visa?

If you open a company in the UAE you will need to show your id to a random freezone agent. Also you will show your ID to the agent of the property to verify that you're the legal representative of your company, so your approach will result in showing your ID more to more people
