Does somebody have a solution where you could get mortage for russian real estates in western currencies with the real estate as collateral ?
Best currency would be GBP .

Not sure why Germany would do such a thing. Very dumb on multiple levels. See, bureaucracy is stupid everywhere. And the idiot who made that decision is probably retired with a fat German pension.
