I'm spreading the word on behalf of my supplier as I see alot of people are struggling.
I've been a longtime buyer from my supp and regurlarly purchase through telegram but you can also get at him on bitify and use escrow.
You get UK PayPal account thats mobile, email, bank confirmed so the withdrawl limit is removed.
So usually I withdraw funds to the bank (it's a prepaid account but does the job) then I purchase bitcoins. The bank its linked with allows you to send transfers to some countries. So you can transfer from the UK bank to an IBAN acc (2-3 days). I think he can do EU PP too with linked IBAN which would be easier as you can then send funds straight to btc exchange as the transfer details include account holder name.
He has some other good offerings...like IBAN with virtual card, verified skrill, transferwise, amazon seller accs, etsy seller accs, UK prepaid accs, IBAN accs like Banqia, Cheetah money.
He's on bitify as 'dili'. Put '/user/dili/' after .com
