If I open a corporated bank account in Cyprus, what will happend if I don't put any money into it.

Of course I would do it, but it could come to the situation where I have to withdraw all the money.

Your account get closed!
Well not really, depending on where you have your offshore bank account, if you don't have any money in your account, it will not be closed at the first, but if the bank isn't able to withdraw their fees and you get a negative balance it might be closed.

It is better to leave a small sum on the bank account always. So you never get into the trouble to be not able to pay your bank fees.
I admit, and can tell you that once I lost my bank account because I didn’t had sufficient funds to cover the bank charges and honestly I had forgotten about this account so some day I got an e-mail that the account was closed for insufficient funds!

I don't mind any longer, I got a new account and this time I keep it always with a few euros...
