you need to replace this provider with another and change a little to comply with the new regulations in the UK. Still it is possible, setup a company yesterday this way mostly for testing purpose.

So far I have only managed to find 1 place in the world where it can be done - of course without a bank account. But Switzerland cannot be the only place!

I have been looking inside mentor group gold already, also I'm an author of some threads there, so no need to suggest to look there unless we need to discuss something different not to be found there already.

I managed to setup a Mauritius company with full imaginary people as @JohnnyDoe suggested. Also the bank accepted the docs (ABC Bank) with lots of discussions, document checks and forth and back with my local lawyer there. But I have still something to discuss and clarify if possible.

You have to be very creative and resourceful here. The good news is that you still can. The bad news is that you have to figure it out on your own. If I could convince the "friends of my friends" to tell you how they do it, the companies of the "friends of my friends" would be shut down "yesterday," and the "figureheads" would be "exposed" as non-existent people; thus the whole thing suppressed. Also, unfortunately, the "directors" the friends of my friends use are unavailable to you. There is no way you can communicate or understand them.

There is a Lifetime Gold Member that repeatedly alludes to this. Find him. That's how the friends of my friends learned.
