I just linked you what it says in their website, it says that gambling it's forbidden. Then if cards technically work it's another thing.
I have just been approved with zen.com (corporate acct).
I don't see any crypto option though

It took me forever to find it too
Found it, it’s hidden in the app, not available in browser.
So I tried amounts starting from €8k down to €1k, none accepted.
Contacted support, they said try a lower amount
After speaking again with customer service I was able to top up the fiat Eur account using USDT for 7k Eur
My experience with ZEN is that they do require documentation of transactions more than "normal"
I did sent payment to few clients, and 4 out of 5 clients were asked for supporting documents. The payments was not crypto related but just some payouts from my business UAE bank to their personal (ZEN)
Amounts were only between 1000-2500usd
They freeze the transaction until everything is cleared - An invoice was not sufficient in my case, my clients had to show contracts as well. At the end they released the funds. I was though not expecting this "severe" control for such a low amount..

they accept crypto, but of course if you approach them asking to do only this, you can get such kind of answers
You are saying it about zen.com?It happened to me, the other way around, with a big bankI returned the money only after 2 years
Unfortunately I was young and naive, I should have kept it (anyway I made a 20% profit on it).
ZEN advertises itself as cryptofriendly but I heard many feedbacks that they requires SOF and docs a lot, more than normal. Wise or Bunq should be better choice
