Hi everyone,

I have an EU company that wants to do crypto exchange. I do not want to deal with licensing right now, the business model would look like this:

We would be targeting the clients who want to buy Crypto but do not know how to do it or do not have time to deal with it.
We will be signing the Contract with each Client along with mandatory KYC (collect his or her ID document and make a video verification- we are open to adapting this process as per bank's or EMI's requirements.). After that, the clients would transfer their investment to our corporate account (for example, 5,000 EUR).
We will then buy Crypto for them (5.000 EUR value minus our fee (apx 5% till 8%)) and then transfer crypto to the wallet previously indicated in the Contract.
The taxes and profit for this type of business are paid in EU.
So basically, it is an exchange.

The problem here is obviously banking. We would prefer to keep everything in 1 ecosystem. If that is possible, that's great/ If not we can use 2 providrs simultaneously, 1 to receive EUR and the other to exchange and send crypto.

There are 2 obvious obstacles here:

1. The receivables would be from physical persons, and banks do not like that.
2. We do not plan to have a license for now, banks don't like that either

Can anybody recommend a payment service that can support this type of business? Or a bank?

Thanks!
