Need to purchase a property in the US completely anonymously - via an anonymous entity

(property is a single piece of vacant land)

Details:

• The purchase will be done using a quitclaim deed (from current owner to the anonymous entity)

• I aim to flip/sell the property and don't plan to hold onto it for more than 1-2 months

Two aspects that need to be anonymous:

1. When I purchase the property (via the entity)

2. When the property is sold (the deed will have to be signed by the entity when sold to a buyer)

I came across using a Wyoming LLC, which may keep the purchase anonymous
However, I'm unsure about when I go to sell since I would potentially have to sign as a member

Any input on how I can purchase and sell this property anonymously?

We feel for you, brother, but we can't help you here with this due to this: Illegal Property Flipping

and ESPECIALLY this:

18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States.

It's NOT what you want to hear but look at this from our perspective... It's akin to a Mortal Kombat War without any titles or monetary winnings.

Please consult a US lawyer licensed in your state or the state where the property is located. He may be able to help!

Of course, we are here to help with other things, but when it comes to the US, it has to be plain vanilla stuff, so transactions that are holier than the Pope! ;)

The Empire is NOT the Empire for NO reason AT ALL! Their reputation precedes them! hi%#

Thanks for the reply @jafo

Love and respect a lot of the things you do and post, but these seem a bit irrelevant...unless you're joking? ca#"!

Illegal Property Flipping

"You would buy a house, fix it up and then sell it for more than you paid for it. That was—and is—legal. However, there are some illegal property flipping schemes out there. This is how they work: A con artist buys a property with the intent to re-sell it an artificially inflated price for a considerable profit, even though they only make minor improvements to it."

I'm simply looking to purchase a piece of land and may resell it at a profit due to the low acquisition cost - I'm not a "con artist" looking to sell at an "artificially inflated" price

If I source a good deal at $1 (through my own prudence, understanding my local market, ability to negotiate, etc) and I sell it at $2 because it's valuable and there's demand for it, that's not inherently illegal…at least to my knowledge. Lol.

18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States.

"If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both."

I haven't mentioned anything about committing any offense or fraud, especially against the US, and don't plan to

I'm:
• Purchasing land (legal)
• Anonymously (legal)
• Reselling it (legal)
• For a profit [not "artificially inflated"] (legal)

I understand the sentiment of keeping things vanilla however

At the end of the day, this is ultimately good advice - I just thought I’d ask OCT for additional insight

Kind of new to this forum, but I expected a little more support here

Why does everything need to be anonymous? Is it, as @jafo says, because it’s not legal in the USA and related to property flipping, or what’s your issue with trading as a buyer and seller?

Nothing illegal. Property flipping is legal in the US. Unless you’re doing it illegally. Just like buying and selling any other asset for profit

My overall plan and acquisition strategy would benefit from staying anonymous

Without going into too much detail:

Trying to play monopoly at a small scale, which could be affected if one of the local property owners gets hip to the fact that I’m the primary buyer trying to scoop up certain pieces in the immediate area
