Hello Guys,
I am in the mobile application business and receive money from only Apple or Google). I have UAE IBC and Seychelles IBC company setup with EMI accounts also I am UAE zero income tax resident.

This setup is going well(total $1.5m yearly turnover) but I will expand my business and I need a new company. Can you suggest me jurisdiction with EMI/Bank ?

- My income is from only USA.
- Very clear and legit business and payments coming from Apple/Google.
- Expected yearly $1m turnover.
- I don't want to deal with accounting and audit.
- I just need a bank account in any currency.
- No need privacy since I am zero-tax resident.
- I am not EU or USA person.

Thanks

Sorry that i dont have answer for your question but i hope you can help me with small thing

How you get the money paid by clients by the store it self or you have other payment gateway bcuz i am facing this issue with my LLC in USA that as UAE residents i cant get any approval from any payment gateway =(
Sorry, I don't use payment gateway. Apple and Google charging my customers on behalf of my company.

Can you take the income as a sole proprietor? Why do you need a company?
Correct but I already have an individual working setup but I need to diversify my business that's why I need several companies.

@rowena I also have an iOS app business and I am planning to move my business to BVI, however as far as I understand from reading the forums Apple/Admob will withhold 30% taxes as these tax havens countries don't have a treaty with the US. UAE does not have a treaty either, so I wonder how are you avoiding the 30% tax?

@capotera
There is no USA withholding tax for apple/google app store sales.

Thank you for the quick answer @rowena. Do you know whether the same is true for ad revenue from admob?

May I ask which EMIs you are using? I know several cases where EMIs made trouble after having some money it. I am not even talking about 6 figures.

Best Regards
I use Payoneer, TW, Paysera and making 6 digit transfers every month, never faced any issues. The figure is not important too much. If your business is high risk or tricky then you will face problems for sure.

Dear rowena, warning for paysera: Our Paysera experience: We had a business account at Paysera. Although we filled out the KYC form during the first registration, the money on the account was restricted after 1000 USD. Account remained closed for 30 days. we have become unable to do our job. Our customers sent money to our paysera account. But we couldn't take the money. I sent the same KYC form we gave a year ago many times. They did not unblock our account again. After a lot of emails, our account opened 1 month later. We became victims. We have tax numbers in 3 EU countries. Paysera excuses KYC and runs the money for a long time. When they said we would complain to the EU consumer rights agency, they opened our account. All emails are available as evidence. I recommend you stay away.

If you communicate with Paysera the same way like in this post I can imagine that there was confusions about your account. Instead of threatening with consumer rights agency you should try to fix your problem professionally with them.
We have hundreds of clients using them and never had any issue, zero.

You should be able to receive it directly into your personal account. I assume your payments are from Ireland?
Why do you have a Seychelles IBC if you have the UAE company?
