Hey, we are looking to get a Music Label started and the IP of the songs located (we will have own songs/artists and external signed ones). Looking for a good jurisdiction for that.
Had a thought about an onshore company in like EU for label reputation purposes and for example bvi company which is only for holding licenses, ips and stuff.
(people involved are currently both located in the EU) [1 is no EU national].
