What investment is making you 10%+ yearly?

How about investing directly into listed companies like for example Panthera Resources (billion $$$ claim vs. India regarding their canceled license in Rajastan?), and diversifying by doing it with 5 different one's?
Every company is involved in some sort of litigation at some point, and big companies are usually involved in multiple cases at the same time. These events are just one of the many factors that can (but not necessarily and not in the way one would expect) influence their stock price.
So no, this is not a way to invest into litigation funding but rather speculation on future stock prices.

I agree, you can't find any big company that does not is involved in any sort of litigation. If that stops you from investing into them, you can't invest in much.

aren't all investments actually bets? ;)
Betting is a game of chance, a zero-sum or worse game where you have no control and can only count on luck.
Examples: if you buy $TRUMP you are betting. If you are Trump and create your coin you are investing.
If you play the roulette you can make a lot of money by betting on the right number. If you own the roulette your investment yields a safe 2.7%.

we use different definitions then
for you betting == gambling (i.e. activity with negative EV of return people tend to participate in for fun or chasing luck)
and you consider investing to be something with positive EV (or at least where one believes to have an edge but it often shows up that it wasn't the case and if was actually gambling)

following this definition buying TSLA can be easily both an investment or a bet...

Betting = allocating money on an uncertain outcome
Gambling = a subset of betting where chance dominates and EV is usually negative
Investing = allocating capital with the expectation of long term positive EV based on fundamentals and risk management

Arbitrage is a special case of betting where risk is (or can be practically considered as) zero.
Fraud is a special case of gambling where risk is zero unless you are caught.
A long con is a special case of investing where risk is zero until it works.

TSLA in fact can be anything of the above.

I can recommend Accruvis Capital Partners - they utilise a company out of the UK which has an FX algo strategy and returns 14% net to investors - 50k minimum entry EUR, GBP and USD. They also have a listed bond which is on the Vienna and Frankfurt stock exchanges. They have been running this for at least 7/8 years. There is also another FX group based in the UK, name i can't find right now, that was doing 1-2% per month for investors but their minimum investment was 100k.

Armenian bank & gov bonds offer 10+% APY in Armenian Dram currency. Bank bonds are covered by deposit insurance.

If you look at the past few years, AMD has been performing on par with USD.

Ofc currency risk is still here but may be a good option for passive income.

Which ones have you invested in? You ever bought shares?

Stock shares no but bonds yes. Wouldn't like to disclose exact investments but here are few examples of hot ones: bonds of Telecom Armenia, bonds of Electric networks of Armenia (both traded on Armenian stock exchange), Armeconombank (11% APY), Inecobank (10% APY).

If I understood correctly, almost all banks sell their bonds too and yield is pretty high. Recently even government did sale of bonds which were very quickly sold out.

Process of purchase is bulky, requires personal visit especially when buying on initial allocation (which is much better in terms of resulting yield). I guess this is the reason why the yield is so high because the bond market is only starting to gain traction in Armenia.

Bank bonds are especially cool because they seem to be covered by deposit insurance AND offer pretty high yield at the same time.
