Hi everyone,

I'm a web developer and I want to process credit card transactions on my new project, it is a SaaS website so users can subscribe to monthly or yearly plans to use the service, this problem is Stripe rejected the website (due to high risk business) but I see competitors (with the same business and SaaS) are using Stripe without any problem, so I can't use Stripe anymore, or maybe with my real information...

I'm asking if anyone has experience with registering with payment processors like Worldpay, Adyen, Stripe, Authorize.NET... with fake documents (not real darks) to bypass KYC without creating any LLC or something like that?

I'm from a country that none of the existing payment processors can support it, I got banned and now I have no choice but using fake documents to get a payment processor.

So if yes what country is it preferable to register from (using a VPN of course)? Canada, UK, Sweden, Germany...? I can get fake national identity, passport, utility bills, article of incorporation...(with no real existence)

If you suggest me to use Stripe with fake/stealth account I think I should use a fake website to get approved and not my real one, what is the process to hide the real website that payments are coming from?

If you suggest me to use Stripe with fake/stealth account how should I configure the payout? I should not use my official Payoneer account as it on my real name so I should create a fake Payoneer account right? With virtual address to receive the credit cards. Do you have any other suggestions?

PS: Stripe is not the only payment solution, it is just an example and because I already used their API, I'm open to any other alternatives.

Thank you.

It's an on / off solution you are entering if you setup something with a fake website. It's difficult to cheat the processors now a days. Darks is a different story.

"white lies" will help for a period of time (but I'd set it up with several PSPs), but IMO that only works if the transactions are all more or less the same price. I definitely would not use it for a long term solution.

What sort of business is it if I can ask? Are the payments all roughly the same?
Yes exactly, their is no shipping and no download it is just a digital product, all is done online in the plateform, the user subscribe for trial, month or year, there are 3 prices the user can choose from depending on the period, that's all.

Of course the fake website will have the same IP as the official.

Ok.

What you could do since there are only 3 payments options is buy a 2nd website called almost identically the same to the original page (such as you own zahir.com and now you'll buy zahir.net, or .co.uk or whatever). The payment page links through to zahir.net from the .com.

You explain to your PSP such as stripe that what you're selling are ''training packages'' or whatever, and the different prices reflect the different levels of service (so 1 are ebooks, the other includes video mentoring and the other 1 on 1 mentoring, for example).

It's not fool proof and they can shut you down if you receive too many charge backs but so long they're kept to a minimum it works.

Thank you for your reply.

Their is no problem with chargebacks because it will be about 1.5% and the maximum it can be is 3% no more than that, of course they can shutdown the account because of high chargebacks even with original website.

my thought is; if my official website (ex: zahir.com) is banned for the first time, and I created a new account with the website zahir.net, do you think they can really predict it has relationship with zahir.com because of the same name? Or they don't verify until there is high chargebacks?

One other question is: can I create the accounts with fake documents (Ids, article of incorporation, utility bills, bank statements...) that have no real existance? I'm not thinking of creating US accounts, so what country do you think I can register from?

Thanks for you help.

Yes if you open an account with stripe under .com, get banned and then open with .net....they won't entertain that.

Rather what you do is you set up various PSP's. One gets shut down, simply go to the next one...just have the accounts opened already so your downtime is minutes rather than days.
